*ATHLETE COVID REFUND POLICY*
​
If an athlete should miss an event due to COVID, a doctor’s note must be provided to receive a refund. The entry will be refunded minus the cost of the gymnast gift.
​
If WCU Gymnastics cancels an event, the entry fee will be refunded minus the cost of the gymnast gift. WCU Gymnastics will mail the gifts to the clubs.
AWARDS

WCU Gymnastics Medals will be given for all individual event winners (50%)

Trophies will be given for 1st to 3rd place AA winners and WCU Gymnastics Medals will be
given for the balance of 50%

Team Trophies will be given for team events (50%)
